Question: Hello,

I was in a car accident earlier this afternoon. My head went through the side window although there aren't any bumps on my head. My inner ear is throbbing and painful, and my neck is extremely stiff. Is this cause for concern? The paramedics detected no signs of concussion/head injury, etc.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, take pain killers and rest

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Minor head injury may be associated with headache, neck pain depending upon the impact on head.
If all examination by a doctor is normal and there was no danger signs present like loss of consciousness, seizures, facial deviation, bleeding via ear and nose then you may rest assured.
Take pain killers off and on as required.
Be vigilant for any new symptoms.
Hope you recover early.
