Will Hydrochloriazide Cause Dizziness And Ear Infection?

i am 60 years old and my doc has me on hydrochloriazide 12.5 m i also have sinus problems ,but my main concern is i have been getting tunnel vision and dizziness vertigo i think alot of it is i just started getting an inner ear infection and i would like to know if i can just stop taking blood pressure medicine

Hydrochlorothiazide belongs to the group of medications known as diuretics or water pills which is used to treat high blood pressure. It helps prevent strokes, heart attacks and kidney problems by lowering high blood pressure. Side effects of Hydrochlorothiazide are stomach upset, dizziness, headache, eye pain, muscle weakness, decrease in vision, extreme thirst, dryness of mouth, muscle cramps, confusion, slow or fast irregular heartbeat, erectile dysfunction, fatigue,
ear pain, ear infection, weakness, tingling in hands or feet, diarrhoea or constipation, electrolyte disturbances, tunnel vision, vertigo, postural hypotension, allergic reactions etc.
