Brief Answer:
Higher mental examination/Thyroid funtion tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Your symptoms--'My head is foggy, still get dizzy and sort term memory is not good.Finding it hard to put things together in sentences. Sleep and fatigue and depressed'--are apparently non-specific.Head injury of 7 years back is less likely to explain these symptoms, however a MRI of Brain can be done to rule out any significant pathology.

Further, Hypothyroidism can commonly cause such symptoms and should be ruled out.Considering memory issues,I would recommend you to get yourself physically examined by a neurologist especially concerning 'Higher mental functions'.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Brief Answer:
What was his opinion then?MRI Brain?Blood work?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

So, what was his opinion after neurologic exam? Did you get brain imaging and blood tests-Thyroid functions?
If possible, can you upload his exam findings sheet? That would help me to offer a better advice.
