Brief Answer:
spinal stenosis may be problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am sorry you are having this trouble. I have read your problem from today and also I have read your prior consults.
If the problem you are having with driving is back and or leg pain then it is likely that the problem is coming from your previously diagnosed spinal stenosis. Spinal stenosis is a narrowing of the canal that the lower spinal cord and spinal nerves pass through. With this condition, sitting can cause nerve compression in the low back that may not only cause back pain but also leg pain and weakness. There are some conservative ways to try and deal with the pain from spinal stenosis like pain medications and physical therapy. There are also steroid injections that spine specialists can do to try and decrease the inflammation around the nerves. If these do not help you then you need to talk to a spine surgeon to see if a surgery could help relieve your pain. Let me know if you have further questions.

Brief Answer:
understand

Detailed Answer:
I understand, the advil annd ibuprofen can be hard on you for several different reasons.
A chiropractor may be helpful but make sure you tell them that you have spinal stenosis.
Your primary care doctor could refer you to a physical therapist, but if you wanted to see a back specialist it would either be an orthopedic surgeon or a neurosurgeon
