Brief Answer:
Tests advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, good to talk to you again.
Yes I do remember our last discussion and of course that you were going to get married soon.
I want to know about the start of oral contraceptive pills, that if you have started them already or not.
But in general you already had irregular periods so this time again it seems like the stress of planning etc for the wedding has caused the same irregularity and not something serious.
But since you will get married soon you should get your TSH and serum prolactin levels repeated from a good laboratory (since you have a history of raised prolactin levels).
Get the tests done and wait for your periods for another week and see if they come on their own.
Otherwise in my opinion you should take Progesterone for withdrawal of periods and then start oral contraceptive pills which will regulate periods and all the hormones along with contraceptive benefits.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Because of delayed periods

Detailed Answer:
No dear these pelvic pains are indicative of upcoming periods.
This is due to pelvic congestion which is common in case of delayed periods so this is a result and not cause of delayed periods.
Now just get the tests done and wait for a week for periods and then we will decide further plan of action.

Ok that's fine il wait and let u know what happens.. Because there is alot of pelvic pain and when I went doctors he said somethjng about ovary cysts and it got me worried but then he said maybe becUse m not using the toilet well hence the pain. I was just concerned because I begin to think if I should take the contraceptive pill or not as I don't want to have problem having children and when there is a delay of periods it gets me worried.. However it has been normal for the past 2 years

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
No dear you are getting anxious because of previous history of irregular periods.
But in case the hormone tests come normal then nothing much to worry.
Take oral contraceptives after your marriage which will serve dual purpose of contraception and regulation of periods.
Ovarian cyst can be a possibility but in case periods commence by themselves it will be resolved soon.
And there will not be any problem in conception because of pill intake so stop worrying about that right now and concentrate only on periodicity of menstrual cycle.
All the best.

Thank you so much for your help! I will keep you updated on what happens by next week inshaaAllah..

You help has made me feel better and less worried. I will only manage to do the blood tests mid August.. So whenever I can I will do it and send it to you.. I am unable to do it now as I'm in UK and they charge ridiculous amounts.. I will keep you updated.

And once again thanks for your kind help! Have a blessed day x
