Brief Answer:
Sinusitis / Respiratory infection-needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. I would like to ask you few more details.

1) Is there any cough or wheeze ?
2) Is your foul breath associated with running nose or head-ache ?

Kindly get back to me with details.

As per your clinical details, it could be due to sinusitis or respiratory infection.

As such, you have ruled out gastroenterologist and dental opinion. I suggest you to consult an ENT surgeon and get detailed ENT examination (salivary gland infections), nasal endoscopy (sinusitis or allergy), X- ray chest (respiratory infection), If necessary sputum examination. Treatment can be started according to the investigations.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.

Hello again,

Thanks for considering my answer and for your follow up.

With that treatment, have good roughage in diet (vegetables, fruits). Do exercise (sedentary life style causes constipation). Have plenty of water.

Take care.
