Brief Answer:
If there is no response with medical treatment then he will put tubes

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query , reviewed your medications and understand your concern.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having otitis media with effusion .
In my opinion , if there is no response with medical treatment then he will put tubes in both ears .When fluid is thick and medical treatment alone does not help, fluid must be surgically removed.

If I were your treating doctor , I would advice
continue Nasonex nasal spray ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal rinse or spray thrice daily ,
Tab Paracetamol for inflammation twice daily ,
Antihistaminic Tab Claritin (Loratadine 10mg) at night &
Topical decongestants nasal drops.

You will get relief .
You may need to see your doctor to get a prescription .

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards.
