Brief Answer:
Sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to healthcaremagic and thanks for putting up the query
according to the complaints you have stated you are suffering from chronic Sinusitis
it would be best to visit an ENT specialist and get examined
if I would have been your treating ENT specialist I would advise you to go for a CT pns that will tell us which sinuses are involved and to what extent
for the time being you start taking fluticasone nasal spray twice a day
tablet levocetrizine + phenylephrine combination two times the day
steam inhalation
avoid any alcohol intake
please follow up with your CT report..that will help me to suggest you in a better way
wishing you a speedy recovery
thanks and regards
