I am taking pain killers like OPARA semi and sometimes MOBIZOX as well. I have history of 8 years of migraine. Brief Answer:
Glucosamine along with others measures will be of use.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having cervical spondylosis but it is very uncommon in your age so I think it should be confirmed by x ray. You are already taking analgesic and vitamin D. You are doing exercises and yoga etc. Along with above measures glucosamine will be helpful in spondylosis. MRI cervical spine will be useful investigation for further management.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

thanks for your response sir

i have already gone through MRI and X rays

my MRI Scan says":

various discs shows normal signal intensity on T2W1 and are well maintained in heights. The C2-3 disc shows central and right paracentral protrusion with impression upon thecal sac. The C3-4, C4-5 AND C5-6 discs shows mild posterior bulging with impression upon thecal sac. The C6-7 shows mild central and right paracentral protrusion with impression upon thecal sac.

the primary bony spinal canal is spacious. No pre-/para vertebral collection is seen

doctor says the reports are fyn. but the pain i bear fells like i have some major issue

my 25 Hydroxy(OH) Vit D, Serum(CMIA) is also below 10 i.e. 8 ng/ml so reports says i m deficient

pls do answer my concerns :

1. what do exactly my reports say

2. can i continue my job which requires to work before laptop for 6-8 hours or should i quit it for my better future

3. Some body asks me to try gelatin for 30 days ; is it useful for me ?

4. i have hisory of having pain killers for migarine since i was 14 years old.usually 2-3 evry week. will continuing painkillers cause serious damage to my body. i.e. i take 4-5 painkiller every month now.

Brief Answer:
Your MRI is near normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
1. Your MRI is near Normal. It doesn't suggest you are having cervical spondylosis. Your MRI shows mild cervical disc prolapse at multiple levels. You are having very low vitamin D which require vitamin D supplements to cover the deficiency which you are taking.
2. I think stress may be contributing to your pains. So I thing you should reduce your stress level instead of job quit.
3. I doesn't know about benefits of gelatin in it.
4. 4-5 painkillers a month are unlikely to cause serious harm but it is better to be careful and got kidney and liver function test at intervals to see any harm.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Everything else already discussed.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
If not, you may close the discussion and if possible you may rate the answer for me, so that I get a good feedback.
