Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have evaluated the pictures you have provided and there are few possibilities :
-Follicultitis
-Genital herpes
-allergic reaction to something like condom,
If it was herpes ,it would be very itchy and painful and it may take up to 2 weeks to go away.
Folliculitis is a localized infection. It is not painful ,doesn't itch and clears up in few days.
I would suggest to keep the area clean and apply topical neosporin twice a day for few days.
If they doesn't seem to improve after some days ,you may need to consult you doctor and probably get examined.
If these bumps are itchy and have developed after using a condome or if you have changed any product or detergent , then they might be due to an allergic reaction and applying Hydrocortizone cream twice a day would help.

If it doesn't itch and it is not painful ,it doesn't seem to be of concern.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.

Kind regards,

The only time it hurts is if pressure is apllied, and as far as itchy it is no more then when they are not there

Then it is very unlikely to be herpes.
Most likely it is just folliculitis.Clean the area, apply neosporin for few days and see what happen.
