Brief Answer:
Please attach a photo if its possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of this bump? Otherwise it will be very hard to give valuable answer.
Generally if you do not smoke, cancer of the mouth is hardly possible. Such bump is usually benign, can be caused by some infection or injury.
If you smoke, this bump should be checked by a laryngologist.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

What about HPV i heard that 16 and 18 of the viruses can cause cancer . Is it more common ? Can i get it from oral sex or just kissing ?

Brief Answer:
HPV is an oral cancer factor.

Detailed Answer:
HPV can cause oral cancer indeed. And oral sex is enough to catch it. But it must take some time (like years) for the infection to develop into a cancer.
