Brief Answer:
Smelly feet need multipronged response

Detailed Answer:
Hello My Dear

Welcome

I am Dr V XXXXXXX a Sr Dermatologist.

I have noted the contents and here are my suggestions that work effectively in patients:

The condition is caused by sweating leading to putrefaction of the skin layers emanating bad odor.

Sweating, faulty hygiene, wrong selection of footwear, certain medical disorders, exercise, stress, and certain infections may be the cause

1 Ensure that your feet are mostly dry, Try changing socks/footwear if necessary

2 Use antiperspirants or deodorants

3 Aluminum Chloride containing agents provide best results, applied twice daily as soaks or other means

4 Hydroxyzine tablets 10 mg twice daily also help

5 Generally, the response to all measures above used in combination gives very good results. I would also suggest that get skin scrapings for fungus examined to rule out fungal infection which usually affects the web spaces between the toes.

I hope you make good use of information. I will be glad to help you at any stage.

Best wishes
