Brief Answer:
It needs further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Blood in stool (especially in large amount) could be indicative of bleeding from distal/terminal portion of GIT (I.e. from large intestine to anus). So,it would require further evaluation to diagnose.

The likely causes could be anal fissure or internal haemorrhoids but the other causes must be ruled out like large bowel obstruction, ulcerative colitis, intussuception etc.

You may require thoroughly clinical examination with complete blood count, electrolytes, proctoscopy and colonoscopy to rule out other lower GIT causes.

You may require antibiotics (quinolones-ofloxacin with antiprotozoals- metronidazole/ornidazole) with topical steroids and antihistamines to prevent bleeding if it is coming from anus otherwise treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause.

So,I would advice you to go at ER and consult general surgeon for further advise immediately.

Hope this will help you.
