Question: Earlier I suffered from bilateral inguinal hernia, the right early occurrence of more serious. While the testicles were about unbalanced, the right testis is relatively low. Now do the bilateral hernia surgery, the right testes are still less left on the left less. Is it normal? Will it affect fertility?

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the details .

* As there is imbalance of level prior to surgery , it seems more in relation with
length of spermatic cord or ligament laxity most likely .

* It is not going to change position further but does not matter for fertility issues.

Wishing fine recovery .

Have a happy healthy life ahead .

Regards .
