Answered by Dr. Mahesh Koregol (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Azoospermia needs evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about azoospermia.

Azoospermia means absence of sperms in your semen.

This could be due to 2 reasons :

1) Obstruction of ducts responsible for bringing out sperms.

2) Primary testicular failure where testes does not produce sperms at all.

Hence you need to undergo procedure called testicular biopsy where testicular tissue can be taken out to test if there is sperm production or not.

Further steps can be decided only after this test.

Meanwhile get following tests donor:

1) Blood test: FSH, LH, testosterone, TSH, prolactin.

2) Scrotal Doppler ultrasound scan.

Let me know the reports of these tests if possible.

Medicines cannot be given at this stage without evaluation I described above.
