Suggest Treatment For Aphthous Ulceration

Question: I'm a 21 year old male who has been working 10 hours a day outside in the Sun for a while now and my bottom lip has two spots more towards the inside of my mouth that are turning a brighter pink then the rest of my lip can someone please tell me what it is and how to stop it

Dear Sir

thanks for providing clinical photograph, it really helps. The small spots on the lips seem aphthous ulcer, which usually occur due to stress, dehydration and vitamin deficiency.

I would suggest you the following

1. Oral Multivitamin supplements

2. Local application of oral local anaesthetic agent

3. Chlorhexidine mouth wash and gargles can be used

If this was a canker sore wouldn't there be some unevenness to my skin? also wouldn't there be some type of pain involved? I've had these spots for about a month or so now. it seems to me to more of a pigment issue of some sort..

Aphthous ulcer of canker sores may not always be painful , especially so if they are long duration . Aphthous ulcer of long duration may be painless or cause slight discomfort. I hope and assume you did not have any close contact with others.
Aphthous ulcer may have various appearance and the appearance alone may not always be diagnostic.
