Suggest Treatment For Anovulation And Problem During Conception

Question: Sir,
My name is XXXX. I am 26 Yrs old . Trying to concieve since a yr .(anovulation) My LMP : 11-03-2015 and from 3rd day i have taken clomiphene 100 mg decadan- .5mg and Lineator every afternoon. i Have taken Materna R injection 75u 4 units on my 6th day and 150u 8 units on my 08th day and 10th days respectively. The doctor said that Follicle has been formed and doctor asked to have intercourse every alternative day
. My question is :
1. do they give any medicine for the egg to rupture
2. can we know if the follicle has been ruptured and has egg got released in an US Scan?
3. 13th day ie tomorrow i have a scan to undergo. If at alla my follicle did not rupture is there a chance to induce egg release medically?
4. Can you please tell me the high chances of conceiving dates to be together?
5. I can feel burning sensation and slight itching at my vaginal lining. Will that disturb the sperm movement? Else using any antibiotics or flucanazole tablets disturbs the sperms movement(weaken it or kills the sperms also)

I have attached all the reports I have and husbands semen report is
Vol given - 1 ml
Count - 130 millions
Normal forms -70 %
Motile- 70%
Non motile - 20%
Abnormal- 10%
Epithelial cells - nil
Puss cells- 10-15

Following are my answers to your questions:

1. Inj. hCG 5000 IU can be taken to rupture follicle.

2. It is possible to know if follicle has ruptured by doing USG.

3. Yes. You can induce ovulation by giving Inj. hCG if there is no ovulation.

4. Chances of conception in such cycle is around ten percent.

5. Burning in vaginal lining is not a problem and try to avoid antibiotics and flagyl during this time though there is no much effect on Sperms.

6. Your husband's semen analysis is normal.

If this cycle dint go good what is the next step to be taken ?

Chances of pregnancy in each cycle is around ten percent only. Even in IVF chances are not more than 50 percent.

If this cycle does not work out, go for IUI next cycle.
