Dr this painful sore apeared today
From two days ago i had a stomach dicomfort and i was so gassy could this thing from my stomach or is it std i scratched it and it bleeds could be from food eruption i know you told me std after one year and 3 months could not be infected but i got scared it
I attached a picture.Dr is it something serious I just got cheakedup in my mouth this Sunday and it wasn't there the dr told me my throat is clear and never seen this before should I be worried I dont want this to reine my new year

The sore is actually an Apthous Ulcer. It is a painful ulcer of the mouth area which heals by itself in 7 to 10 days. The most r you call feature of the ulcer is its painful nature.

These type of ulcers could be due to stress or improper food with gastric disturbances or nutritional imbalance or most of the times the cause is unknown.
In my patients I have observed stress as an important cause of these type of ulcers.
As these are self healing entities so there is nothing to be worried about the same.

I have a analyzed the pictures sent. In my opinion it appears or be an allergic reaction.
In such kind of situations I suggest to apply cortisone cream over the affected area. An antihistamine tablet such as loratadine or levocetrizine could be taken for two times in a day.
I further suggest not to touch or pinch or pop the area. Wear cotton clothes and avoid synthetic or wollen clothes. Avoid any new clothes or.such kind of garments.
Avoid direct sun exposure or sweating. Most of the times it resolves by itself in few days.

Dr I have found theses in my mouth the one with circle on it I have I think more that 9 month but the second one I don't know if have for long any ways I'm going to get engaged am I free from std or not I'm really scared I will upload the pictures

Dr I have a raised zet in my mouth I did not have it before if it's not std could be from food and why it shows up could a unpainful zet upear in std free human i need this info because I don't want to get all worked out and get scared if there is any changes in mouth.I will upload some pics.Dr its raised and I can feel it with my tounge. It is just a simple mucosa gland proliferation and nothing else. Do not try to examine e the ara too often as it can form a retention cyst.
