Question: I smoked some XXXXXXX XXXXXXX today from a small Pipe i lit the small bowl and took a very large hit and really burned my tongue what do i do

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Use cold water or ice to sooth the tongue. You can rinse the mouth with anaesthetic mouth wash or apply anaesthetic gel like oragel. Eat honey slowly. Honey is good for such burns. You can also apply vitamin E oil. This you can get by prick open vitamin E capsules. You can also apply aloe vera or its gel. Avoid acidic and spicy foods.
If there is no improvement in 1 week consult your General Practitioner as antibiotics might be required.
