Hi
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.

As per description given all reports of urine are normal. It may be due to UTI of prostatitis or stones or something else.

You need to consult urologist for further investigations. Else you can consult your doctor for investigations like ultrasound to rule out stones. Even per rectal examination can be done by your doctor to rule out prostatitis.
Drink plenty of fluids and water.
Take Sitz baths and stool softeners.
Avoid alcohol smoking.
Relieve all stress as psychology also plays role.
You may need course of antibiotics like azithromycin or else after consultation with your doctor for 2- 4 weeks if prostatitis.
Analgesics like brufen can be taken.

Jock itch can be treated with clotrimazole or terbinafine creams. Keep area moisture free to prevent recurrence.
