Brief Answer:
Adapt healthy lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for the information.I understand your concern.
In my opinion the headache in your case might be tension headache due to the family issues and your arguments with your husband.
But as the prolactin is 44 I suggest you to rule out any pituitary gland abnormalities by MRI because headache with raised prolactin should be evaluated.
The medicines to decrease prolactin level might be continued along with pituitary gland evaluation. So discuss regarding that with your doctor.
Though you have PCOD it's good that your cycles are regular. But the main hindrance to
pregnancy might be the nil sperm count of your husband.
And your height and weight are inappropriate.Your optimum weight should be 63 kg.So adapt healthy lifestyle like exercise daily and healthy nutritious food to decrease weight.
Avoiding stress is very important.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.

Brief Answer:
Prolactin levels vary during the day

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX nice to see your reply.
Iam very happy to see that your prolactin levels are within normal limits.
In my opinion serum prolactin does not vary much with menstruation.
Rather the prolactin levels vary during the day peaking during late night and early morning hours.
And there might be specific individual variations too.
So the testing should be delayed till mid morning hours.
So the high level can be due the time of testing and it might be stress mediated or the level might have decreased due to cabgoline.
As you dont have symptoms like irregular cycles, visual defects you need not worry.
But the headache need to be evaluated that if it is tension headache or migraine or any other.
So MRI might help you in definite diagnosis.
And i also suggest you to go for repeat testing of prolactin after a month or more to see if the raised level pf prolactin is stress mediated or due to any abnormality.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
Best regards...dr.srilatha
