I have had workups, seen many respected specialists, and on a variety of meds. I am currently getting over a violent stomach bug and can't bounce back like my other family members did. My normal symptoms are fatigue, diarhea, sour achy stomach, severe gas. I have had my gall bladder and appendix out. I had a partial hysterectomy and a sphincterectomy too. I am frankly at the end of my rope. I am so tired of never feeling well and always wondering if i will be sick at work or when I'm out or at someone elses home. Do you have any recommendations
?

Brief Answer:
Medictions revised

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the information.

Take Tab Pan 40mg instead of Prilosec. This would be a better medication against the stomach problems you are facing. Also long term medication with tab Pan has less side effects compared to Prilosec.

Stop Lorazepam, since you are on Amitriptyline another sedative like Lorazepam could cause unwanted depression of brain activity and cause lethargy.
You may have to stop it in a tapering fashion. You have to take half tab of 0.5 mg for a week and then stop. Do not stop abruptly.

Other medications you are on are fine, you can continue with the same.

Wish you good health.

Regards,
