Answered by Dr. Dr. Rahul Kumar (51 minutes later)
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Its not a silly question, in fact it is a very common problem.
You can use a skin lightening cream like kojivit.

If you dont want to use any cream you can apply curd in that hyper pigmented area.
Curd contains lactic acid and can reduce the darkening.

Let me know if you have any other doubts.

Thank you

Brief Answer:
Hello, thanks for the follow up. Yes curd is milk gone bad. It can help in light pigmentation as it has lactic acid. Kojivit can also reduce mild pigmentation. You mentioned this pigmentation developed after child birth. It is called as linea niagra. This pigmentation is very resistant to treatment by topical creams. The only solution is LASERS. For this you need to XXXXXXX a dermatologist. Type of LASER will depend on depth of pigmentation. Regarding hair, low ferritin is one of the cause of hair fall but apart from this hair also require biotin and protein. Take some biotin and protein supplement in addition to iron. Hope this help you. Thank you.

As you have stopped it now slowly your body will recover now. Needless to say, dont do such thing now. Be in touch, if you are not getting any such thing online, let me know. Answered by Dr. Dr. Rahul Kumar (54 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Hello, anything you apply topically is totally safe. For oral prescriptions your general conditions has to assessed and then the tablets are given. Regarding effectiveness, as pigmentation is problem of skin, topical therapy is much better than oral. Kojic acid, azealic acid, and lactic acid are all mild depigmenting agent. These can be applied in sensitive skin areas like genitals. The result obtained is similar with all these.

Brief Answer:
glycolic better

Detailed Answer:
Hello ji,
Namaskar,
You are not doing my head in.
In fact its fun talking to you :)

Well peels are definitely effective, Glycolic peel is better than kojic but dont buy 70 %.
Go for 35%. 70 % may cause burning.
You can use the peel even below, but the concentration should be 10 % :)
The 30% can be made 10% by adding 2 parts of water to 1 part of peel.
Peels can be used only at a gap of 3 weeks, on rest of the days you can use the kojic and retinoyl combination.

Feel free to ask any doubt.
Thank you

???

also i know i wont use before going out in sun.......burning wont last foever will it or will it.......doesnt it just peel skin .does it lighten too
doctor
Answered by Dr. Dr. Rahul Kumar (11 hours later)
Brief Answer:
70 % can be diluted.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ji, namaste. Sorry thodi der ho gayi reply karne me.
I checked many sites and also enquired. They sell only in dollars. You dont need to worry regarding this. This is online transaction so they will deduct it directly from your account.
Please dont take 70 % . Actually peels remove a layer of skin. The stronger the peel the more deeper it will go. The peel must be started at a concentration of 35 % for limbs and face and at 10% for belly and genital area.
Best is, you buy 70 % and then dilute it with water. Depending upon your skin response you can increase the concentration.

both can be used

Detailed Answer:
Hello ji,
Namaskar
Yes you are correct, glycolic is for peeling off skin and smoothening the wrinkles, hence it has to be used once a month.
Kojic acid is to reduce pigmentation.
Both can be used together safely.
