Brief Answer:
You need to use antibiotic eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having watery eyes following severe cold for 2 weeks and you are on treatment for sinus problems with flonase.

The watering eyes is probably secondary to infection of the eyes and requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops. You need to use the eye drops 3-4 times per day.
If the symptoms does not resolve then you need to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
