Brief Answer:
Suggestive of urine infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

After having gone through the problem described in your query it seems to me you have some sort of urine infection commonly referred to as "Honeymoon cystitis" (inflammation of the urinary bladder) caused by sexual activity.

During sexual activity, bacteria which tend to live on the skin around the anus can be transferred to your urethra (for example via your partner's fingers or penis). Because of the short urethra, which makes it easy for the bacteria to reach the bladder, the females are are more prone to get the infection.

I would advise you to get the urine examination done and a course of appropriate oral antibiotic like Norfloxacin for 3 days to eradicate the infection.

This can be prevented by the following measures:

Drink plenty of water (also recommended when you already have cystitis)
Drink cranberry juice on a regular basis, as it appears that it can protect from cystitis by preventing bacteria from sticking to the walls of the bladder
Urinate before and soon after the sex.
Going to the bathroom as often as you need to, will reduce your risk of getting an infection.
Soaking in warm, non-soapy water can provide additional relief to the area may help you feel better faster.
Avoid drinking too much coffee, soda & citrus fruit juice which can irritate your bladder.
Avoid sex until the infection clears up.

Hope the suggestions given above would be useful in getting rid of your problem.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Urine analysis is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply and the compliments.

You can get the urine analysis done to confirm the diagnosis and take the suggested antibiotic if you do not have any allergy issue with that.

I also suggest you to take the following to reduce the pain, burning urination, frequency & urgency of urination.
1. Syrup Citralka (Disodium Hydrogen Citrate) 10 ml to 15 ml after food.
2. Tab Urispas ( one tablet two times daily)
So you can take these until the burning sensation comes down and you are able to pass urine freely.
Repeat the urine routine after 15 days to see if the infection is eradicated or not.
Hope this answers your query.
Kindly rate the answers if you are convinced if you do not have any follow up query.
Take care.

Aftr taking d medicines prescribed by you, bleeding and burning sensation during urination stops. But a different kind of light yellowish thick liquid starts coming out from 2 days.. Its not necessary i am peeing or not, it is coming out from my body after every half an hour or maximum an hour which makes me uncomfortable.
I will be able to get urine analysis earliest by tmorow.
Kindly advise as per the situation, whether its worsening or getting better, should i continue d medicine ?
Which kind of specialist doctor should i visit ?

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply & glad to know that you have responded to the suggested treatment. However, it seems to me you have some sort of vaginal infection.
I would advise you to consult a gynecologist for proper evaluation.
If you have completed a course of 3 days you may discontinue the antibiotic and other medications.
