Brief Answer:
Can be due to poor diet and anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The feeling of tiredness all throughout the day may not be related to the car accident you had 9 weeks ago.
This could be due to-
1. Generalized viral illness.
2. Improper diet.
3. Abnormal body posture, muscle overuse.
4. Electrolyte imbalance.
5. Hormonal disbalance like hypothyroidism, vitamin D3 deficiency.
6. Anxiety neurosis.
All these possibilities need to be ruled out after a proper physical examination and related blood tests.
Till the time you get evaluated for these possibilities, there are some of the lifestyle options which you can follow:
1) You can take a mild pain killer like paracetamol or ibuprofen for symptomatic relief. Taking a well balanced diet will be helpful.

2) Do not take caffeine or alcohol at night just before going to bed.

3) Indulge in yoga and meditation to calm your mind.

4) You can also indulge in progressive muscle relaxation which is useful in anxiety by alternately tensing and relaxing the muscles.
Take calcium, iron and B complex vitamins for few weeks.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

My car accident was serious. My chest was bruised for 3 weeks and I hit my head which I did not notice until 3 days later after the accident but I did not go to the doctor. I went back to work last week part time after 8 weeks. I was unable to drive until last week due to my wrist. The tiredness started when I went back to work. I am eating a well balance diet, taking my vitamins. I have a appointment with my doctor in two weeks.

Brief Answer:
Can be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
If it was a serious accident then the anxiety related to accident can cause the tiredness. Going back to work can be hectic for you after such a long rest. Continue with the healthy lifestyle and consult your physician for proper investigations.
