Brief Answer:
Insect bite reaction, take treatment

Detailed Answer:
HI

You seem to have developed an insect bite allergic reaction.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected area twice daily. Take some oral antihistamines like levocetrizine once daily at night to relieve the itching and discomfort.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics or steroids if the lesion tends to persist or increase.
