Brief Answer:
Total and free testosterone levels are low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your total and free testosterone both are low. You may have primary or secondary hypoganadism. You can take external testosterone therapy. It is available in injection, patch or gel form. However you should keep in mind that it has many side effects. It will lead to enlargement of prostate & breast, sleep apnea, increased risk of myocardial infarction. So consult your doctor and plan according to risk benefit ratio.

Your PSA level is normal. No need to worry about that.

Your vit D is slightly low. So its called insufficiency rather then deficiency. You can take vit D3 and calcium tablets for that. Take diet with high vit D like milk.

Your cholesterol and triglyceride level are high. You should take low fat diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids and high fiber diet.

You can also take drugs like atorvastatin or pravastatin to control your cholesterol levels. But again it is a prescription based medicine, so you should consult your local doctor and take treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be Happy to answer you.

Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
All product are almost equal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
All tetosterone products are almost same. You should take according to cost and your ease. Testosterone cypionate or propionate can be used.
For statin you can take atorvastatin. Standard dose is 10mg at night. But this is prescription based medicine, so you should consult your local doctor and start treatment according to his advise only.

Hope I have answered your question. If you still have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer you.

Brief Answer:
I will give some ideas regarding dose.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Dose of testosterone is different for different patients. It also varies from product to product. It also depends on your symptoms. In general you can take testosterone propionate 50 mg on alternate day. So you will end up with 150 mg per week. Then take 200 mg on next week. You can increase the dose till highest level you get. Mean while you should monitor your estradiol level and rbc count.

But this is a prescription based medicine, so you should consult your doctor and take according to his advise.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

Brief Answer:
Its all depends on your symptoms and side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Highest dose and cycle depends on your clinical status, your symptoms, your tolerance and side effects. You can take the dose till you achieve highest level of testosterone naturally. But it has many side effects as I said earlier. So don't take it without supervision.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
