Brief Answer:
Go to the emergency room to rule out a heart attack

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for your query.
I'm Dr. Shuba Hariprasad and will be answering your query today.

Your breathing difficulty seems severe. If so, and the pain is persistent, please visit the ER right away. This could be a heart attack

-do you have any history of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease, Hypothyroidism, high cholesterol?
-do you smoke or consume alcohol?
- do you currently have any giddiness or sweating?
-any recent accidents or injury to back or chest? Any recent surgeries?

I recommend :
-a physician or emergency physician consult right away
-an electrocardiogram and echocardiogram
-blood tests (complete blood count, blood glucose levels, cardiac enzymes, lipid profile, clotting parameters, kidney and liver function tests, TSH)
-medications to help relieve your pain and breathing difficulty. Supplemental oxygen
-chest x-ray
-urine analysis.
Based on clinical findings and results, further treatment will be initiated.

Please see you doctor right away. Don't drive.
Take some one along or call the ambulance.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Hope you feel better.
Wish and pray for your good health.

Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
