Suggest Remedies For Irregular Heartbeats And Enlarged Heart
Question: I have an irregular heart beat and enlarged heart. My blood pressure is pre hypertension 130/90. I take carvedilol, losartan, sivastatin and baby aspirin. I am overweight. Besides diet and excersise, is there something else I can do to help fix my heart?
Is there anything else a my doctor can do for me besides the medication? Or is there a question i can ask him to try or look into to shrink my enlarged heart? I dont drink or smoke. I sleep enough but dont have a regular sleep schedule
