Brief Answer: healthy diet and exercise Detailed Answer: Hello, I appreciate your concern for good health. Few basic health tips are here: Eat healthy food - lots of vegetables and fruits. Do not forget to eat a fruit a day. Drink plenty of water, fluids, tender coconut water, butter milk - all these increase hydration in the body, and remove the toxins. Exercise regularly - regular exercise for 40 mins to an hour daily will help you build your muscle mass. You can do cardio and aerobic exercises. Sleep adequately for 7 to 8 hours daily. Do yoga and meditation to maintain good mental health. Do not indulge in bad habits like smoking, alcohol. Have good habits that make you happy like sports. By all these means you can both increase your weight and height. Wish you good health.

Brief Answer: hypoglycemia is the reason Detailed Answer: Hi, Hypoglycemia or low blood sugar is the reason for feeling nervous and sick. You must remember to eat on time to overcome this. Eat small frequent meals instead of 3 large meals. Take fruits, and juices in between your meals to prevent this as well. Regards,

I have numbness in my lips, tongue and slightly in my hands and feet. I have nausea and weakness. My doctor had me do a 3 hour glucose test and determined I am hypoglycemic. When I feel this way and check my blood sugar it is in a safe range. My problem is I have these symptoms from low 100 s at times, but very bad once in low 90 s and 80 s. It is not dropping below 70. Do I even need to worry about this and do I treat it the same as if it were lower?

Hi, I am 25 yr old Man. I experience, Hypoglycemic kind of symptoms like dizziness, difficulty in concentration, mood swings, numbness in limbs, drowsiness, feeling hungry after 2 hours of intake of meals. After having insisted my Ayurvedic doct, I got OGTT done, but it doesnt show any low blood sugar. I was confused untill I came across this Ideopathic postprandial syndrome. Do you think this could possibly be the reason. Please advice me.
