Brief Answer: yes you need to take Detailed Answer: Hello, Welcome to Healthcare magic, As you have taken three doses of antirabies vaccine for the previous dog bite and once again bit by dog after a span of four months, according to WHO Categories you will be categorized as RE- EXPOSURES. The re-exposure prophylaxis includes two doses of antirabies vaccine on days 0 and 3. The antirabies vaccine should be taken to shoulder by intramuscular route. I hope you will take this antirabies vaccine, donot neglect this.If you have any further query please feel free to post them. Thank you.

Brief Answer: Not to take risk Detailed Answer: Hello, If you have complete documentation of your pet vaccination it is good, make sure whether your pet is completely vaccinated against rabies. Still with the disease like rabies which is endemic in country like India better to take two doses of antirabies vaccine on day 0 and 3. Still if you have any doubts it will be my privilege to answer them. Thank you.
