Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I read your message and understood your health problem.

To determine if you have liver cirrhosis or not you need to do liver tests and some radiological examination like US and abdominal x-ray to see the dimensions of liver and gallbladder.

If you are a chronic drinker, you have a high chance to develop cirrhosis but I can not say if you have it now or not. Cirrhosis means hepatic insufficiency that is progressive as the hepatic cells die. It is followed by a various of symptoms like the pain, loss of appetite, indigestion etc.. Pain is due to the enlarged liver that puts pressure to the liver capsule.

Excessive drinking can cause liver swelling and impair the liver function. It this is done often, irreversible damages will occur. Here starts cirrhosis to take place.

However, I should say that cirrhosis is not set within a day or night. It needs time.
To my opinion, you are not at that stage although you have been drinking more wine than usual. I think your liver has got inflamed causing that pain.
The abdominal US will determine if it is your gallbladder the cause or your liver. As the pain is sharp it is possible that you may have gallbladder stones or inflammation.

Liver function test is also recommended to evaluate the function of your liver and possible damages.

Furthermore, stress itself can cause gastrointestinal disturbances. My opinion is that you must find other ways how to deal with your stress. Do activities that you like, do some sport or meditation and reduce the alcohol intake.

I think you should start with diet and lifestyle changes first: try to reduce wine or alcohol consumption; eat healthy; and exercise more.

If the pain won't be subside, or if you cannot make such changes, then, should see a gastroenterologist and run the tests as advised above.
Hope this is helpful for you.
