Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

Anti fungal creams are used to treat Intertrigo considering it to be secondary fungal infection. You have not mentioned what is the site of intertrigo.

There is nothing to worry as the residual redness could be due to increased inflammation in the site which takes time to settle down. Other cause could be a side effect of the cream and should settle down within few days. If it doesn't you need to see your doctor and change of medication might be required.

Keep your skin dry.
Avoid wearing tight clothes.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Slight redness is not worrisome unless you will have itching, pain and increase redness. It will disappear shortly. You need not worry.

Keep your skin dry. Moisture, wearing tight clothes, heat also can cause some redness.
You can continue the anti fungal cream for two more days.
