Brief Answer:
Test for HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Healthcare Magic

With this history it is very difficult to tell whether you are having HIV infection or not. The possibilities is low though (since it's an one time exposure with a known partner).

The pain in the calf are not the necessary symptoms of HIV infection. As you are very anxious about this I would suggest you have to undergo lab test like ELISA for HIV antibodies.

As your possible exposure was way back in 2010 this test helps to confirm your HIV status.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Boost up your immunity

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Healthcare Magic

I have gone through your history and the lab report and understand your concern.

You had typhoid fever for which you have taken adequate treatment. All other lab investigations are in normal limit.

The symptoms are not of HIV infection, to remove the anxiety and to confirm HIV status, as I have mentioned earlier you can undergo ELISA for HIV antibodies.

These vague symptoms can be over come by boosting up the immunity by taking zinc and vitamins for a minimum of 15 days.
Thank you.

I hope u have gone through my uploaded reports and to tell u honestly after a week on being on multivitamins since 25th august I felt totally fine but then I exerted myself by master bating 4 times in 3 days and on 4th day becoming careless with my meals by skipping the meal entire day and working through out the day which made me ill again and now today m feeling better with very less pain in calf but Don know if 2010 mistake has any connection with it or its just my carelessness in dealing with post typhoid..I do not wish to go for any him test until u force me to if u think it might be the case..Thanks
