Is Negative HIV Test Done After 156 Days Of Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I am 28 year male from XXXXXXX I had a unprotected oral sex with a lady, after that incident I have tested done for hiv after 50 days 60 days 84 days and 156 days all come negative now after 2 and half year I tested cbc and esr cbc comes normals each value but esr is 30 I am infected with hiv or not"

So your doubt was

It is not clear about the HIV test you have undergone.Presuming that you have undergone the test available in XXXXXXX i.e elisa test 2 years prior.
These test for antibody so if it is negative even after 156 days. it is negative for HIV.So you can allay fears of HIV.
Moreover now your blood count is normal.so you need not worry about HIV .
Allay fears of HIV.

It is hiv try dot test after 50 days from a private lab at XXXXXXX second is hiv Elisa test after 60 days of that exposure at ictc and again " hiv try dot test at SLR lab came negative and after 156 days hiv rapid test at ICTC AND which came negative what is my status. I am quite worried about it and what about my high esr level which is 30

Thank you for follow up query.
As the last test done is 156 days after exposure.i.e rapid tests.It is highly sensitive after 12 weeks.So it is negative means you can allay the fears of HIV totally without any doubts.Hope you are not exposed to any risk contact again.
ESR is a very non specific investigation done to see any infection.it is just 3o and not so high to bother sometimes it is also considered normal due to some variations in body or may be due to simple infections like cold cough also.So do not bother about it.
Your CBC(Blood counts) have all come normal.Means there is no blood changes also
So you can totally allay fear of HIV

So there is no need of further hiv testing. Am I Completely free from hiv for that particular exposure. And what about my slightly enlarged lymph node at back of my head and the last one what is the comb aids test and in how much time it pick up the hiv infection after exposure... Worried XXXXXXX

There is no need for testing for HIV again.
The lymph Node swelling may be due to some infection in the scalp like wound or fungal infection. So do not worry single lymph node is not at all significant from HIV perspective.
Combo AIDS test detects antibody against HIV 1&2.it also is better after 12 weeks though in many it may be detect earlier.
So relax forget the incident and allay all fears of HIV .No need for any test.

I have uploaded my cbc test report and my esr test report to you.. Please check it and tell me whether any chance of being infected with hiv to me or not I know that cbc and esr does not tell about hiv but if any problem with my cbc and esr report then you please tell me.... As i have earlier told there is no problem with the ESR and CBC reports.
CBC reports are normal and you need not worry at all.
ESR marginal raise is nonspecific any simple infection can cause rise of this minor change .So it is not related to HIV.Do not worry.
