Brief Answer:
113 mg/dl is normal fasting sugar.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,

Fasting blood sugar below 120 mg/dl is considered as a normal.

121 to 150 mg/dl is considered as a prediabetic or diabetic intolerance.

Above 150 fasting sugar with presence of some of the clinical features of diabetes is considered to be suffering from it.

113 mg/dl fasting blood sugar is completely normal,so you do not have high sugar.

However, every laboratory has their own standard methods and standard/normal range of blood sugar.

If you do not have any cardinal symptoms of diabetes (excessive thirst, hunger and frequent urination) then you do not need to bother about diabetes.

Although post-prandial blood sugar is more important than fasting to diagnose diabetes.

Hope this detailed information will clear your doubts.
