Answered by Dr. Anshul Varshney (11 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
Can be taken in limited amount.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Grapefruit is a citrus fruit. It has been claimed to improve the insulin sensitivity in the body and help in improvement in diabetes status. It is low in calories so can be taken by a diabetic in a limited amount say maximum 1 or 2 a day.
Only thing that should be kept in mind is that it interacts with drugs of class "Stations" like Atorvastatin. So if you are on any statins you should avoid grapefruit.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Dear Friend.
Yes you can take them but they alone help only in borderline diabetes. If your blood sugars are very high then you might require medications.
Since you are very much interested in natural ways I appreciate that and want to add to your knowledge that Fenugreek seeds are most effective in controlling blood sugar levels.
If you have any further query please ask me.

Dear Friend.
You should take Metformin in divided doses twice a day.
Rest i can help only if I know your blood sugar status / chart before breakfast , before lunch, before dinner.
Revert with these details and also mention the dose you are taking of Pioglitazone and Linagliptin.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I don't know which company supplement you have bought. You can check the dosages of that particular brand on the label.
I advise to buy natural fenugreek seeds and grind them and take 3 teaspoons in night with water.
And if you are comfortable you can take steam bath. No special contraindication is there. Many people say its warm to use so avoid hot things. But I don't recommend such things if you are comfortable.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.

Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
You are at risk of contracting infection from her through sexual contact and through sharing of any blood contaminated object that can even happen by mistake.
My sincere advise for you is that if you have been involved with her physically get yourself tested. And if you are negative then get your self vaccinated for Hepatitis B.
If you have any further question please ask me.

Welcome back. I understand your problem. But there is no need of getting yourself vaccinated again and again.
Simply get your Anti HbS levels done. This would tell you that how effective your vaccination is and if you require any further or not.
If you have any further query please ask me.

doctor
Answered by Dr. Anshul Varshney (16 minutes later)
Brief Answer:
2 capsules twice daily in night

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
I have seen the supplement. You can take 2 capsules twice daily in night.
When your box gets over. Try the cheap and best alternative. Buy fenugreek seeds widely available in the market at local merchant store with name "Methi daana".
Crush the seeds in grinder and then take 2-3 teaspoonful at night with a glass of water.
I dont advise you to go for vera and other supplements.
Simply continue with those Medicines and don't forget to review with me with your Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1c) after 3months.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.
Stay Healthy.
