Brief Answer:
Your activities carry almost nil risk for HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Your activities have almost no risk for HIV infection. All your symptoms are common to occur with anybody at any point of time.
Sucking the breast once will not transmit HIV, even if she is HIV positive and lactating.
Handling Penis has also no risk for HIV.
You can attend confidently any medical check up unless you were having any risk prior to this incident.

Brief Answer:
Symptoms are possibly due to pharyngitis of common organisms

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
As you had tested negative for HIV with respect of your previous exposures and as your risk is almost nil with the activities mentioned by you, your symptoms are not at all related to HIV.
Dry cough indicates that you might have pharyngitis due to common organisms other than causing STD or HIV. It is quite possible for your wife also has the infection.
Consult an ENT surgeon for further help.

Brief Answer:
You need no test for HIV/STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Yes, You are absolutely correct. Your joint pains are not related either to HIV or to your activities.

If you are sure about your activities (other than the above mentioned), then you need no test for HIV/STD.

You can appear confidently for your VISA medical test.

I already mentioned you do not need any test for STD as well.

Last question doctor and thanks for your suggestions.
Can burning sensation while peeing is related to any issues or its just a anxiety symptoms.

My doctor here is suggesting me that all
Pain in my hand , shoulders , legs and both joints and armpits are anxiety along with this cough.

But in sites like medhelp , cdc etc etc are stating these symptoms as one of the sign and symptoms of hiv infection and these information is driving me crazy even i know what i hve done is not exposure except the licking the breast ( even dont know she was lactating).

My wife me and my kid all has terrible cough from last 2 weeks and I had unprotected sex with my wife couple of weeks back which is driving me crazy too.
God knows what is going to happen tommorrow in my visa test.

Are you in aggrement to my internal medicine doctor that i am completely hiv negative

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
All types of symptoms can occur in HIV disease. But anything can occur only after 3-4 weeks after the infection (risk activities), not earlier than this. Moreover your activities have no risk for HIV.
In anxiety also all sorts of symptoms can occur to any individual.
You need not worry about HIV.
Your medical check up will be uneventful one. Not to worry.

Hi Doctor,

I am on my way to medical center and very scared.

Just would like to share with you , yesterday some cough came out of my mouth with blood.

The moment i am waking up both my legs muscle are so tense and mild painful, full night back of my mind only thinking of hiv while on sleep.

Very mild needle like pain i am experincing at hands and legs sometimes ( i am not sure why)

Sometime feeing burning sensation while peeing.

Pls suggest if Hopefully these all are part of stress and tension ?

In the past entire episode , my biggest worry is breast sucking and if she was lactating ( although she told me that she has baby of age 4 years).

Do u know any case of hiv to adult through breast milk drinking and kissing neck and just touch of mens penis to womens legs or stomach and penetrated on bedsheet.

After penetration i didnt cleaned my penis Nd just wear the underwear and left the place.

Pls sugges

Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not related to HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Even a sore throat can lead to spit blood while coughing. Other symptoms can be due to your anxiety.
Breast sucking once, even if she is a HIV positive and a lactating woman, transmission of HIV is very much unlikely. Even if we consider that she had passed a HIV infection to you, such symptoms are uncommon in early HIV infection. Consult your physician at the earliest possible time.

Dear Doctor,
My last follow up question . I went to the test yesterday and waiting for my results. Now god knows and decide my destiny.

From last night i am started expriencing mild burining sensation in my toes, mild pin and needles pain at hand ( both sides).

When i am checking in google its all indicate to HIV.

I am feeling crazy , what is this all about every passing day something is coming and reflecting in my body. I am at 6-7 weeks now after last exposure( what i understand this is not considered as exposure itself) but if rash , fever also came up in 1-2 days then what could be the reason its very difficult for me to know.

Pls suggest this burning sensation, sometime pain is any indication or just anxiety factor.

Highly appreciating your reply and suggestions

Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Even though HIV can manifest in many ways, burning sensation of toes are not at all specific to HIV. It could be a manifestation of various condition, including anxiety. Your activities carry least risk for HIV infection. So you need not worry.
