Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. Prostatitis followed by a vasectomy 3 weeks ago is a common side effect and easily manageable and flanax ( naproxen ) may help with the pain. I am sure doctor has ruled out the need for any antibiotics or short term use of terazosin or tamsulosin. Do as directed by your doctor, use the med for a week and see if it helps. Once the vasectomy wound heals, prostatitis will respond itself. So i think flanax is enough for now.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
