Brief Answer:
Kegel's exercise and surgery...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Scientifically there are only two means to tighten vaginal muscles available at present - exercise and surgery. Kegel's exercises which are set of exercise that work on pelvic floor muscles. These muscles help in tightening vaginal canal. When practices regularly it provides benefits over a period of time.
But since you are looking to find results soon, in my opinion surgery is the only means. You can discuss about this option with your gynecologist / cosmetic surgeon.

Hope this answers your question.

Regards

PS: There are products claiming to tighten vagina. But none of those have scientific backing and hence are not effective.
