Hello Mam!

Thank yo so much for writing in HealthcareMagic!

I understand your concern.Generally the drug is out of your system within a week but different body reacts in a different way.

But to become completely normal again with normal sleep cycle,it might take take few weeks to months depending on your efforts.Try having a healthy diet, moderate amount of exercise and maintain proper sleep hygiene.

Hope this helps.Feel free to ask more.

Thank you for your advice. I think you mean when you say it depends on my efforts to get better and back to a normal sleep cycle, you mean I really have to push myself to do anything physical or anything really that I did with the pills. I feel sooo wore out and sluggish. I am also 55 yrs old. Going thru so much right now menopause, stopped smoking 6 months ago and have also put on 50 lbs from my normal weight, my feet even hurt when I walk. Yeaks

Brief Answer:
It will take time

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam!

Thank you so much for writing back!

Yes!I mean exactly the same. You did a great thing by quitting smoking and narcotics. You are just few steps away from a healthy lifestyle.Always be determined and motivated in what you are doing.

Recovery will definitely take time but it is not impossible.Check your hemoglobin level and TSH to rule out anemia and hypothyroidism.

Wishing you luck!
