Brief Answer:
yes, it will resolve and seizure will disappear with time

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX ,
I have read your query. Most intracerebral haemorrhages resolve by themselves with time. Even operative need in extradural hemorrhage is required with large bleed and midline shift. I suppose there was no surgical intervention done in your child. So nothing to worry it will resolve with time.
Treatment of seizure during head injury requires antiepileptics. The duration of treatment is usually 6 months.
In most cases antiepileptics are safely stopped at appropriate time and no long term ill effect will be seen in baby also either due to trauma or drugs.
Hope the answer is helpful to you.

Brief Answer:
Be watchful for recurrence of seizure

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
As discussed earlier about the head injury. You need to monitor regarding recurrence of seizure but it's risk decrease with increasing duration of onset. Another thing you need to follow is dosage of eptoin as weight increases dose may have to be increased.
Nothing major concern issues.
Hope all will go well.
God bless you.
