How Long Does Regestrone Take To Show Effect?
Question: I'm 45 yrs took regestrone to get my periods on time. My date is due on 25th of november. Took regestrone 5mg twice from 16th for 3 days. It's been 5 days and I notice slight spotting From yesterday. I have a function on 29th Nov. Can I stop the spotting by continuing regestrone again. Pls suggest.

Regestrone takes at least 3 days to show an effect. Now that you left taking regesterone from 19th, the bleeding is expected. If you start taking regestrone thrice a day now then it can stop the bleeding by 27th and then the bleeding will restart after you stop taking regestrone.
