I had a miscarriage from a pregnancy and it was a very peculiar case that happened to me that day . i found out i was pregnant in the morning i might have been two weeks when i was pregnant and the day i miscarried too must be that timeline . i had been through a earlier miscarriage also with no heartbeat and this was my second pregnancy loss after i waited for 3 years naturally . Since my husband was very clear to try naturally we had waited for a long time .
I used to have bp that was always up and down . i just thought maximum i would have been two weeks when i could have been pregnant from the day i had intercourse. I was a bit stressed after my tests were confirmed and in just two hours i had a electric shock from the center of my head that travelled to my uterus and gave a electric shock there . i immediately understood something went wrong with my pregnancy .i was not majorly stressed i was a bit fearful at that time when it happened . im not sure if just some stress can cause miscarriage its my first experience ever with something like this happening to me physically .I was alone at home that day and i was a bit stressed thinking about managing pregnancy alone and no family in this country . After it happened i was going to er doctors to know if my pregnancy was viable or non viable . it did not show results as a developing baby it was not seen in 5 weeka and after that just the gestational sac was seen in 8 weeks my doctor made me wait for a month and found the sac reduced and then gave me medications misoprostol .When it did not clear completely i had a small outpatient procedure and it caused a miscarriage later in a month i had a tablet also a outpatient procedure for the same .
one more incident was i was physically abused that week by my husband even the day before i found out he hit me 20 times in the cheeks in my face and mishandled for issues at home i was a bit down and i cried .could this also be a reason of causing miscarriage . causing some changes in my body which i did not know .
since my own body made it happen i have been fearful doctor from that incident .And my therapist calls it trauma . i was never able to be alone after this incident doctor . i became fearful more .i thought it was prenatal depression due to harmones .i made my own assumptions but i wanted to find out answers on my health .
