Brief Answer:
T4 may be repeated within 1-2 months. PBS may be done

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask A Doctor forum.
I have gone through you blood report.
All values for complete blood count, liver functions, renal functions, lipid profile, iron profile and urine examination are within normal biological limits.
In complete blood count, absolute lymphocyte count is slightly raised, however, other parameters like neutrophils count is within range so there is nothing to worry.
The MCV and RDW is slightly on lower side but it is insignificant. The iron profile is normal so there is nothing to worry. You may get a peripheral blood smear examination to know the red blood picture (PBS).
The T4 level is slightly raised which is almost normal.
However I suggest you to get T4 repeated within 1-2 months to check for any increase in level of T4.

Thanks and take care
