As far as the dose is concerned 2 table spoon full of viranga Arisht mixed with equal quantity of water is advised twice a day, at least one hour after meals morning evening.
Tab. Krimi Kuthar Ras one tab. Morning evening with water.
tab. Amoebica 2 tablets twice a day.They can be taken together.

chitrak adi vati and kamdugdha 2 tablets each twice a day half hour after meals noon and at bed time.

These medicines should be taken atleast for 15 days, can be continued if symptoms persist.

As worms lie in different stages - some are larve; some as eggs and some as cyst - so they keep on showing recurrence. Repeat medicine ensures total eradication.
If source of recurrent infection is positive then no harm in repeating every year.
There are no known side effects when taken within limits.
