Brief Answer:
No fatal drug interactions!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have gone through all the drugs and revised the possible interactions between them. There is no possible fatal interactions between them. The possible interactions are acceptable and lean more towards potentiating the action of one drug like lorazepam potentiating the blood pressure reducing actions of losartan which seems tolerable and easily manageable. On the other hand, hydrocortisone may reduce the efficacy of losartan in reducing blood pressure!

Though there is no immediate red flag for a possible fatal reaction, I will like you to exercise caution. Take these medications at different times of the day and avoid taking more than three different combinations at a go. Also, remember to drink much water after taking your pills to help prevent pill induced gastritis.

I hope this helps. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications should need be. Thank you so much for using our services, we very much appreciate you stopping by.

Brief Answer:
Ask her doctor to review these medications

Detailed Answer:
Hi and sorry to hear about these symptoms you have reported.

Drugs are meant make us feel better and not sicker. If you think she has gotten worse since going on these medications, then I will advice that you ask her doctors to review her medications and make sure they are really needed. What are her health concerns that have called for all these medications? Talk to the doctor and suggest that he puts just drugs that she cannot do without.

At times we are very aggressive with treatment in elderly like it were a younger person. This doesn't always play out very good. Her dizziness may be due to excess sedation from lorazepam or very reduced blood pressure. What are her normal blood pressure readings. Also, is she often sleepy or awake and alert? They may be greatly influenced by lorazepam.

Metoprolol can cause constipation. This would be aggravated even more if she spends most of her time lying down and does very little exercise. Her doctors need to look into all this and address accordingly or even provide some drugs to relief with this.

Sorry about these negative changes after going on medications and hope she son gets better. Feel free to keep the discussion going on.
