Yes it can be found in skull also.

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Multiple Myeloma lesions can be found in bones with red marrow, these include vertebral column, ribs, skull, shoulder and pelvis bones, etc.

CT scan shows lytic bone lesions.

Diagnosis is not only radiological, but requires also blood tests ( proteins electrophoresis, kappa/lambda chains report), bone marrow examination, and bone imaging.

Stiff neck occurs when cervical column/ skull base are involved.
