Brief Answer:
Vertigo

Detailed Answer:
Hi
welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
all symptoms you have mentioned are due to inner ear disease..as u have mentioned that you have periodic attacks, it is probably BPPV i.e. Benign positional vertigo..
Mecluzine is a labyrinthine sedative and give good results but as per my clinical experience, i have received much better results with betahistine taken in doses of 16 mg thrice daily..you can get these medicines on prescription..
The intratympanic injection you had is a good and effective option but i keep it reserve for patients nit responding to drugs..
Any further queries are always welcome
Wishing you a speedy recovery
thanks and regards
